On the Lake packages include a departure cruise from Hurst Harbor Marina where you will be able to
select a suitable location to have the 'Southern Riviera' beached at which time the Captain & Crew will
secure the 'Southern Riviera' and leave you to enjoy your trip. We will return on your departure date to
Captain the 'Southern Riviera' back to the place of your departure. The logistics of securing a boat the size
of the 'Southern Riviera' prevent it’s use as a “taxi” to shuttle guests back to the place of your departure or
take them to water front restaurants. We suggest the rental of a pontoon or similar boat for this purpose. Our
most popular beaching locations are in Travis County Parks like Arkansas Bend, where guests may meet
you at your beached location. Insurance restrictions will not permit anyone but our Staff to operate the
'Southern Riviera'! If you would like to take a lake cruise from your beached location for enjoyment or re-
provisioning of the 'Southern Riviera' (gas, fresh water or septic pump out) you may arrange for a Captain &
Crew at a charge of $70.00/hr with a 3hr minimum. Safety and insurance concerns prevent the 'Southern
Riviera' from being operated at night. You are responsible for fuel on all Trip Packages. Contact us as soon
as possible to book your event. Holiday weekends book FAST.
In the Marina. Smaller budget?? Enjoy all the 'Southern Riviera' has to offer without leaving the dock.
Day Trips for Lake Cruising are $350.00/hr. (4 hour minimum) This includes fuel for engines and
generator, use of the hot tub, bedrooms for changing, kitchen & bar facilities and sound systems. Things
you should bring include: food, beverages, towels, sun screen, ice to initially chill your beverages (we have 3
ice makers on board ) , MP3 Music on CD or MP3 Player. We provide a Captain & Crew to operate the
boat.
Deposits & Other Details: All bookings require 25% down to hold a date with the balance due 60 days
before departure or stay. A security authorization hold of $1,500 will be placed on a major credit card one
day prior to departure. The security authorization is released less the final cost of fuel and damages, in the
event they occur. We give you a clean and well appointed houseboat and expect that it will be returned
needing only light cleaning and linens.
Cancellation Policy: We will make every effort to rebook your reservation should the need for cancellation
arise. However, since we often turn away bookings for reserved dates, we reserve the right to retain the
25% down payment in the event we are unable to rebook your cancelled reservation. The sooner we learn
of a cancellation, the better the chance we will rebook the boat and can refund your trip.
